Konsort was created as a collective built around a shared love of making music.
We wanted to take an independent path and create a place of our own — somewhere we could bring our music together, release it on our terms, and give it a platform to be seen and heard.
But Konsort isn’t just about our own music. We also want to help other independent artists find a place for their work, giving them a platform where their music can be released, discovered and heard by new audiences.
Our goal is to grow Konsort into a collective where artists can create freely, support one another and build something together — while staying true to the independent spirit that started it all.

Founder / SongwriterKyan is a New Zealand-based musician and the founder of Konsort, an independent music label built around creativity, atmosphere, and artistic expression.
Drawn to music that evokes emotion and creates a sense of place, Kyan approaches music as more than just sound. His interest lies in the feelings, memories, and experiences that music can capture — creating something that listeners can connect with in their own way.
Through Konsort, he hopes to build a space for distinctive sounds, independent artists, and music that values artistic vision over convention. With a passion for experimentation and a deep appreciation for the emotional side of music, Kyan is working towards creating a label that gives creativity room to grow.

Isla
Singer / Song writer / Social Media Isla is a New Zealand-based singer-songwriter with a deep love for music, storytelling, and creative expression. Having grown up singing and playing guitar, music has always been an important part of her life, growing from a personal passion into a journey of discovering her own sound and voice as an artist.
As a songwriter, Isla is drawn to the emotion behind music and the ability to turn personal experiences, memories, and feelings into something others can relate to.
